Listing Agreement

Once an agreement is reached, you sign a Representation Agreement, typically for a minimum of 6 months. The agreement specifies the listing price, other terms of the sale, and the terms of our representation.

Books & Records

In the days immediately following, you will be asked to provide answers to questions that will be asked by buyers, lenders, escrow, etc., and copies of your financial records, contracts, leases, and similar documentation. It is important to understand that the #1 reason for businesses not selling is poor books and records. Buyers and lenders alike will want reasonable documented proof substantiating your claims.
